Coming soon: The Mind Woods: Where Thinking Takes Root.

The Mind Woods began as a simple idea, ‘what if we could help children see their thinking grow’?

It is a hands-on game that invites children to notice how they solve problems, remember patterns, and make choices. Each tree they place represents a moment of thought, a small act of strategy or memory. Over time, the forest becomes a map of their own learning journey.

In a world that leans heavily toward screens, The Mind Woods reminds us that thinking is physical. It happens through touch, through play, through moments of trial and discovery. The game was designed to strengthen that bridge between what happens online and what happens offline between reflection and action.

We have seen how children begin to talk about their thinking in new ways when they play. They start to connect what they do in the game to what they do in class, or even at home. That is transfer in its truest form – not a test result, but a shift in awareness.

The Mind Woods is not about winning. It is about noticing. It is about slowing down enough to see how ideas grow, how mistakes guide us, and how learning takes shape when imagination meets understanding.

That is where curiosity deepens, and confidence begins to take root.
