Dynamigo was born from a simple but powerful idea: education needs to evolve. For too long, we’ve relied on static scores to define ability, overlooking the rich potential that emerges when learners are supported to grow. That’s why we created the Potential Quotient (PQ), a new benchmark that reveals not only how individuals learn, but also how they adapt and thrive.
By combining decades of psychological research with innovative technology, Dynamigo helps schools, families, and learners see beyond the score to understand the strategies, thinking, and progress that truly matter. Our mission is to identify hidden strengths and nurture growth, so every learner has the confidence and skills to succeed in a fast-changing world.
Intelligence Quotient
For over a century education and workplaces have relied on IQ (Intelligence Quotient) to measure reasoning ability. IQ is based on a persons mental abilities compared to the average from their age group.
Emotional Quotient
More recently we have recognised the importance of EQ (emotional intelligence) for success in life and work. Measured by an individual’s ability to recognise, understand, and manage their own emotions.
Potential Quotient
Now the world needs PQ (Potential Quotient) – and that’s where we come in. Dynamigo is building the world’s first PQ framework, revealing how people learn, adapt and grow so that talent is recognised and nurtured from the start.
